The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to learn about our services, contact us, and schedule appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any other person.

Use of the Site does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through a consultation and evaluation with one of our licensed providers.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: You consent to receive text messages from us related to your care and account, including appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, follow-up communications, billing and account notifications, and, where you have separately consented, occasional promotional or informational messages about our services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and interactions with our practice.
• Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
• Opting Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
• Help: If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at 941-275-2984 or rejuvenatemobileiv@gmail.com.
• Privacy: Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your information.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
• Eligibility: By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

You may schedule appointments through our online booking platform, by phone, or in person. Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made without proper notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee.

5. Payment

Payment for services is due when services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and service offerings at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
