My approach
Sara Rice, BSN, RNC, is the founder and owner of Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center. With more than 34 years of experience in acute care nursing, she brings deep clinical knowledge, steady leadership, and a lifelong commitment to patient advocacy. As she completes her MSN–Family Nurse Practitioner program, Sara is expanding Rejuvenate into a comprehensive holistic primary care clinic, further strengthening the level of care available to our community.
Sara’s vision for Rejuvenate was born from a desire to restore autonomy to providers and return healthcare to what it should be: truly patient-centered. She believes healing happens when patients are heard, supported, and actively involved in their care. Under her leadership, our team of highly trained providers, nurses, and support staff works collaboratively with each individual to create personalized, safe, and balanced wellness plans. Sara’s passion for meaningful, relationship-based care continues to shape a practice focused on bringing genuine healing and long-term well-being to the communities we serve.
