I graduated from Nursing school from Northeastern University, worked in the ICU. Then went back to school for Naturopathic Medicine, and APRN, where I learned how to fine tune the body and healing by being mindful of food and exercise (an a few other components) that each and every human could heal themselves with the power within them.

With nearly three decades of pharmacy practice behind him, Jason Rice brings a depth of clinical expertise that few consultants can match. Over the course of his career, he has built medication reconciliation programs from the ground up, advised health systems and independent practices on safer pharmaceutical workflows, and developed the kind of clinical eye that comes only from years of reviewing complex medication regimens across diverse patient populations. Jason is the founder and CEO of My Med List, a medication management and consulting firm dedicated to bringing clarity, safety, and intentionality to every prescription a patient takes. His work consistently reflects what the literature has long supported: that meaningful pharmacist involvement reduces adverse drug events, improves chronic disease outcomes, lowers total cost of care, and restores a sense of agency to patients who often feel lost inside their own medication lists. We are honored to welcome Jason to Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center as our Functional Pharmacy Consultant. In this role, he joins a clinical team committed to root-cause, whole-person care to evaluate medication regimens through a functional medicine lens. Together, the team will integrate his pharmacological expertise into the protocols our patients already know and trust, including peptide therapy, hormone optimization, medically supervised weight loss, IV nutrient therapy, IM injections, ozone, PRP and exosomes, and advanced labs & diagnostics. Jason’s philosophy aligns seamlessly with the work we do here. A “pill for every ill” was never going to be the answer to the chronic disease epidemic facing our community. Medications have their place — sometimes a vital one — but layering prescriptions onto an unaddressed root cause rarely produces sustained healing. Jason joins a growing community of pharmacists committed to looking upstream, restoring physiological balance, and igniting the body’s innate healing capacity.

Sara Rice, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Rejuvenate IV & Holistic Wellness Center, serving Southwest Florida from her North Port and Nokomis locations as well as through telehealth. She brings more than three decades of acute care nursing experience to her practice, now paired with the advanced assessment, diagnostic, and prescriptive authority of an FNP. Sara built Rejuvenate around a simple conviction: that lasting health comes from identifying and addressing root causes rather than chasing symptoms. As a functional medicine provider, she integrates conventional clinical training with a whole-body approach, evaluating the interplay of nutrition, hormones, stress, inflammation, and metabolic health to design care plans tailored to each patient’s biology and goals. Her clinical focus spans functional and integrative primary care, hormone optimization, medically supervised weight loss, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapies, ozone therapy, and regenerative treatments including PRP and exosomes—supported by comprehensive lab work and advanced diagnostics. Whether a patient is navigating persistent fatigue, hormonal imbalance, or simply seeking to optimize their long-term vitality, Sara partners with them to create a plan that is evidence-informed, safe, and built around their individual needs. Above all, Sara is committed to a collaborative model of care. She believes patients deserve to be heard, informed, and active participants in their own healing—and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside them on the path to renewed health and lasting wellness.

Tammy is BSN Registered Nurse in Florida with over 30 years of nursing experience. Her primary experience as a nurse was in pediatrics and speciality IV placement and procedures, but has always had a passion for a holistic approach to health. She joined Rejuvenate in February 2025 to help expand the mobile area and build clientele to the availability of concierge IV. In September, she expanded Rejuvenate and put a pop up IV therapy room at their chiropractic office, Life Family Chiropractic, in Nokomis.
